David Hatherill is Vice President of contracts. Mr Hatherill is very active in Corcon's project development and performance; execution of contracts; negotiation of contract work including but not limited to changes in the contract and claims; development of management personnel. He is been active in the construction scene for over 20 years with construction and/or rehabilitation of many major highway bridge structures. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University, and has a Bachelors of Engineering Civil Engineering (BECE).
